In these challenging times care workers need the best protection possible. We believe that together, NACAS and CWU provide the best protection for care workers from care workers. For this reason we strongly encourage all members to opt-in or upgrade their current membership to include CWU.
Only a trade union can guarantee representation at a workplace hearing. As a NACAS member you will receive advice and representation before the social care regulatory bodies and other stakeholder organisations, but, if you do not opt into CWU, or are not a member of another trade union, you risk not being able to secure representation at a hearing before your employer, at which your employment could be in jeopardy.
CWU supports members with swift, practical advice and representation. As a member of CWU you will be part of the collective voice of social care workers in the workplace.
